⁃ Job Desc
1. Responsible for the overall operation and management of LV Office.
a) Daily internal operation and management.
b) Production, logistics and warehouse management to ensure that all indicators are effectively implemented in the company.
c) Operation and control of each sales channel, responsible for sales performance.
2. Comprehensively supervise the work of each department to ensure that the work of the department is carried out efficiently.
3. Responsible for the operation and management of the brand and improve the brand awareness and recognition.
4. Responsible for product Online marketing and offline activities.
5. Liaise with major customers and commercial resources of all parties to promote in-depth cooperation.

⁃ Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor degree or above, unlimited major.
2. More than 8 years of work experience in cross-border e-commerce companies, and more than 2 years of work experience in the industrial products industry.
3. At least 4 years or above working experience in management team.
4. Possess strong leadership, communication and coordination skills and management skills.
5. Excellent business awareness and logical thinking ability, those with brand incubation experience are preferred.
6. Entrepreneurial spirit, down-to-earth and strong heart.
